Returns 
We offer refunds up to but no later than 30 days after purchase(s) have been made. Please contact us for a return authorization before shipping your return. To be eligible for a return, garments must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Garments must be undamaged.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges up to but no later than 30 days after purchase(s) have been made. In the event that you need a different size or color of the product you purchased we will exchange your purchase. If you need to request an exchange, send us an email at info@ivydesanti.com to request an authorization number and shipping address.

Shipping 
To exchange your product after receiving your authorization number, you should mail your product to the address provided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your item.
